  • Where Do You Ship?
    Apothekure offers shipping to all mainland U.S. states. We don’t ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. All orders must be shipped to a valid, physical address. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.
  • How Long Does It Take to Process Orders
    We process orders during our normal business hours. Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order. Orders received before 4PM EST are usually shipped on the same day.  We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. (Ahem, Covid-19.) If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.
  • Shipping Rates & Timing
    Apothekure is pleased to offer customers free shipping on all orders. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order. 
  • Tracking Your Order
    When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us at

  • Returns
    At Apothekure, we want to ensure that our customers are pleased with their purchase. To begin a return, please contact our customer service team at within 30 days of your purchase date. Please follow the instructions they provide to ensure your refund is processed properly and quickly. ​ We apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause, but unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for opened items. If you receive a damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue and replace the item if necessary. ​ Apothekure cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, mis-routed, stolen, undelivered, or confiscated in transit. We also cannot be responsible for duplicate orders placed by customers. Refused shipments run the risk of becoming lost in transportation and resulting in no refund being issued. ​ To protect our customers' health and safety, food products and/or supplements with broken seals cannot be returned. Returns submitted without prior notice or after 30 days of the original purchase date will not be refunded.
